Monterey® Fish & Grow Fertilizer

Monterey Fish & Grow Fertilizer is a combination product of liquid ocean-going fish and bird guano, developed for use as a natural fertilizer.

It contains a fertilizer ratio of NPK at 9-6-2. This means it is 9% Nitrogen, 6% Phosphorus and 2% Potassium. The nitrogen content is much higher than other liquid fish formulations.

It can be used just like other liquid fish formulations on bedding and ornamental plants, trees, shrubs, potted plants, turf areas, vegetable gardens and indoor house plants.

Ideally about every two weeks during the growing period.

It can be applied as a foliar spray or as a soil drench. As a foliar spray, apply 1 tablespoon per gallon of water and spray on the plants. As a soil drench, apply at the same rate when watering the plants.

Everyone knows the value of manure (guano), when used as a fertilizer. Also fish emulsion is widely used by homeowners. By making a liquid high-analysis material, and combining these ingredients into an organic mixture, we have the best of both worlds – fish and guano in one bottle.

Like any other fish emulsion, it has a fish odor. We do, however, add a deodorizer to minimize this called Monterey Odor Mask.
